Welcome to Waco Industrial Park / Texas Central Park
Located along Interstate 35 near Highway 84, Texas Central Park spans nearly 3,700 acres of master-planned sites with utility infrastructure in place and fully-developed greenfield sites for everything from advanced manufacturing to distribution centers. The Union Pacific Railroad also runs through the park. More than 90 businesses are located in the park, including AbbVie, Refresco Beverages, Mars Wrigley Confectionery, Versalift, Howmet Fastening Systems, Tractor Supply Company Distribution Center, Caterpillar, Amazon, Walmart, etc.
A defining advantage of Texas Central Industrial Park is its proximity to The WorkSITE (Skills, Innovation, Training and Education)—a workforce training facility developed through a partnership between Texas State Technical College, McLennan County, and the City of Waco. The $17 million facility, located within Texas Central Park, provides customized training programs and technical certifications aligned with industry needs, helping employers quickly develop skilled talent pipelines.
The facility includes training labs, industry-grade equipment, and credential programs designed to prepare workers for careers in manufacturing, construction, logistics, and industrial systems.
