About Kenny Stevens

With more than 30 years in the real estate and mortgage business, Kenny has become a market expert in Waco and the surrounding cities. From office and retail contracts to industrial sales and leasing, he has represented prominent Waco buyers and sellers, including TABC, Equipment Depot, Red Cross, ManPower, Edward Jones, State Farm, Mathnasium and more.

 

Living most of his life in Waco, Kenny spent his college years at Texas State University earning a Bachelor of Marketing degree. The distance from the Baylor Bears was too much, however, so he moved back home. He spends his free time with his children, grandchildren, friends and enjoying outdoor activities.
